Legal Disclaimer & Disclosures
Important disclosures concerning our independent research status, gaming risks, and regulatory compliance.
1. Independent Research Status (Not an Official Operator)
drem-apk.com is an independent editorial, technical analysis, and security review portal. We are not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the DREM mobile application, its developers, operators, or parent corporate entities.
The official DREM mobile application is operated by its own third-party management, who coordinate communications externally (such as via Telegram channel @dremcom1 as observed in application captures).
2. Financial Risk and No Earnings Guarantee
Online real-money games, fantasy prediction contests, crash multiplier mini-games (e.g., Aviator, Chicken), and casino slots involve significant financial risk and may lead to substantial monetary loss or addictive habits.
• No Guaranteed Winnings: We never guarantee winnings, income, or positive returns. Promotional claims of “guaranteed perks” or “daily payouts” visible in in-app banners represent marketing assertions by third-party operators.
• Mathematical House Edge: Casino and arcade titles have built-in theoretical margins favoring the platform over time.
Please read our Responsible Gaming Policy for self-exclusion and risk mitigation guidelines.
3. Regulatory Compliance: Indian Laws & State Prohibitions
In India, real-money gaming operations and advertisements are governed by the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 and state-level enactments. In several states—including Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Odisha, and Nagaland—online money gaming and betting are prohibited under state statutes.
In strict compliance with statutory advertising standards, our portal does not publish referral invitation links, affiliate recruitment codes, or direct download funnels for real-money gaming activities. Users are personally responsible for verifying that their participation complies with all local legislation.
4. Third-Party Software & APK Disclaimer
We do not host or distribute APK installer files directly. Any technical instructions regarding package verification, hash checking, or Android installations are provided strictly for educational purposes. We accept no liability for device instability, data compromises, or software conflicts arising from side-loading third-party files.
